Located within Zakouma National Park is Camp Nomade, a seasonal mobile camp with exclusive luxury amenities, to which only Accredited International Guides such as Adventure Spaces guides have access. The Camp is designed in a comfortable bohemian style, consisting of light gauze tents from which you can observe the wonderful spectacles of nature and the surrounding wildlife.

Overview
Operational only between late December and mid-April (the peak of the dry season), Camp Nomade is modeled on traditional Sahel nomadic camps, with structures composed of vibrant and colorful local textiles and metals that create a truly distinctive atmosphere. The large communal tent fitted perfectly into the landscape has inviting rugs sprinkled with pillows for relaxing chatting and enjoying a drink while admiring passing animals or watching the fiery red sunset.
Accommodations
Camp Nomade has eight comfortable tents, with a strict limit of eight guests allowed at one time. Each tent consists of a large canvas cover with a large space enclosed by mosquito nets, so guests can enjoy a 360-degree view from the comfort of the bed. Each tent has a private bathroom, screened by a tall fence of woven leaves, including a bucket shower with hot water.
Activities
The activities offered by Camp Nomade are numerous: with one of our guides, along with experienced local rangers, we take daily photo safaris in specially prepared vehicles, walking safaris in the wilderness, excursions to mobile camps on the banks of the Salamat River, observation of myriad different birds, and, if desired, canoe trips (when water quantity permits) and night safaris. After the intense daily activities, relaxing in the comfort of the Camp is a pleasure to the eye and mind.
